Returns Our policy lasts 100 days. If 100 days have gone by since your product purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We are unable to offer a refund on any service purchases if the service has already been rendered, but we will happily work with you to help as we can.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in the event that we are unable to look up a record of your purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within five (5) business days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Exchanges If you received a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same product, please contact us at help@celesturn.com.
If you would like to exchange for a different item, please follow the refund process and repurchase the new product from our website.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Each Celest creation is given a final, meticulous inspection by our quality team, ensuring it meets our highest standards of craftsmanship and respect.
Your memorial piece is placed in a natural cotton and linen pouch — made to last and to protect it when not in use — then presented in a small, recyclable cardboard box, responsibly sourced and minimal by design.
Infused into the fabric is a subtle, comforting scent: a gentle blend of fig, bamboo, bergamot, and musk, developed in a Parisian studio. A quiet, sensory moment that makes receiving your urn as meaningful as the memories it holds.
